This workshop offers a safe space in which to explore your connection to the Erotic, your sense of aliveness and vitality, by connecting to the body and accessing more of your internal resources. Through movement, sound, breathwork and placement of awareness, you learn to harness and reclaim your pleasure potential.
This workshop is experiential in nature and has been designed in such a way that is nourishing, pleasurable, grounding and revitalising.
